Funimation announced on Friday that it will begin streaming the English dub for Pretty Boy Detective Club television anime series on Saturday, in partnership with Aniplex of America and Bang Zoom! Entertainment.
The English cast includes:
- Suzie Yeung as Mayumi Dо̄jima
- Griffin Burns as Manabu Sо̄tо̄in
- Howard Wang as Nagahiro Sakiguchi
- Alejandro Saab as Michiru Fukuroi
- Caleb Yen as Hyо̄ta Ashikaga
- Brian Timothy Anderson as Sо̄saku Yubiwa
- Amber Lee Connors as Rei
- Todd Haberkorn as Lai Fudatsuki
Tony Oliver is directing the English dub, and Marlan Moore is writing the English script.
Funimation describes the story:
Mayumi Dojima is a young girl who has been searching for a star that she saw only once ten years ago. She visits the headquarters of the Pretty Boy Detective Club where she meets five boys who are each unique in their own way.
